Is Donebase free?
Yes. Planning your day, week and month, capturing to the Inbox, recurring tasks, calendar import and the entire Goals ladder are free. Donebase Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks advanced extras such as habit streak-freezes. You can cancel anytime through the App Store or Google Play.
Which platforms is Donebase on?
Donebase is available on iOS and Android, with home-screen and lock-screen widgets and a Focus Live Activity on iOS. Sign in and everything stays in sync across your devices.
Does Donebase work offline?
Yes. Donebase is offline-first — everything you add is saved on your device and works in airplane mode. When you are back online it syncs automatically, and anything you share updates in real time.
Can I sync my calendar?
Donebase imports your events from Google Calendar, Outlook and your device's calendars so your day always reflects what is already booked. Import is one-way and read-only — Donebase shows your events but never changes your source calendars.
Can I plan with other people?
Yes. Connect with someone using an invite code, then share any task or event as an editor or a viewer. A shared item is the same item on both phones and stays live-synced, so plans you make together stay in step.
What languages does Donebase support?
Donebase is fully localized in 26 languages, and dates, times and reminders follow your language and region.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. You can export your data from the app at any time, and you can delete your account and all associated content directly in Settings or by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your personal data from our servers.
Does Donebase have widgets?
Yes. Donebase includes home-screen and lock-screen widgets that show what is next on your timeline, plus a Focus Live Activity that keeps your current session on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island while you work.
